Day 1 - Iquitos / Amazonas Sinchicuy Lodge
Our personnel will meet and greet you at the airport.
Transfer to the river dock where you will begin the trip to
our lodge.
Along the way you will briefly sightsee Iquitos, navigate
on the greatest world river, the Amazon, aboard comfortable
and safe motorboats. The trip will allow you to see a marvelous
panorama in which the magnificence of the Amazon makes its
way through the exuberance of the jungle.
Arrival in the Amazonas Sinchicuy Lodge
Our staff will serve you with a refreshing “welcome
drink” made with an exotic fruit, while your expert
naturalist guide explains about the lodge facilities - including
ramps for easy access- and the activities to come. Then you
will be escorted to your room with private bathroom suit to
provide you comfort and safety. Lunch.
Ecocultural Programme
Short trip following a jungle trail or by boat/canoe –according
to the rain season- to a Yagua tribe community, one of the
most ancient ethnic groups of the Amazon rainforest. Return
to the lodge. You will delight at the sight of the sunset.
Evening excursión…/Amazon legends…
At indicated time, evening canoe ride or stroll along the
trail to sense the jungle after dark.
Return to the lodge. Supper.
Overnight (L.S)
Day 2 - Amazonas Sinchicuy Lodge / Iquitos
Early morning dolphin spotting on the Amazon and birdwatching.Return
to the lodge. Breakfast.
Tour the Santa María del Ojeal farmlands. You will
also visit a fishfarm to observe native ictiological species
and walk around a typical village on the shores of the Amazon.
Lunch at the lodge.
Return to Iquitos. Transfer to your hotel in the city. Overnight
(B,L).
Day 3 - Iquitos / Lima
Continental Breakfast at the hotel
At a convenient time, transfer to the airport for your return
flight. (B).
